Church makes space to talk about God!

Parishioners gathered after morning services last Sunday to have lunch together and to talk about God.

The meeting was the next step in All Saints Church's involvement in the Berkshire-wide initiative of the Bishop of Reading "Partnership for Missional Church".

Members of the church's leadership team presented the findings of the last year of listening to how God is at work in the town and in the church, and in church members' lives. The session was interspersed with stories of personal experience of God's work.

The aim of the meeting was to discover from those present what they believe God is calling the church to do now in the community. Watch for a fuller report in the next e-newsletter.
