More than 100 members of the public visited All Saints Church tower on national Heritage Open Weekend earlier this month.

The tour of the tower included a demonstration and explanation of the traditional art of English style bellringing, and visits to the clock room  to see the works of the restored 1827 turret clock, the bell chamber to see the restored ring of 8 bells, the oldest of which are 300 years old,  the tower roof to see one of the finest views  over Wokingham and the surrounding countryside, and a view of the new glass screen between the ringing chamber and the body of the church.
